About the team

The Haddon Library space and services are managed and supported by our dedicated library team. We collaborate on everything from making sure the best resources are available for teaching and research through to making sure our space is welcoming and comfortable.

Academic Services Librarian

I look after the strategic aspects of the Haddon Library and do lots of work with our fantastic communities in Archaeology, Social Anthropology and across the wider School of Humanities and Social Sciences.

In addition to supporting the Haddon Library Team in making sure the Library is working really well, I teach study and research skills to our undergraduate, MPhil and PhD students, as well as supporting the variety of research taking place across our School.

When not in the Library, I can be found gaming or hiking around the stunning Norfolk landscape.

Senior Library Assistant

I spend most of my time at the enquiry desk, helping readers with borrowing books and any questions about the Library. I also order books, pay invoices, stamp and catalogue new books and journals, and do other admin work.  

I have a personal interest in the archaeology and history of the ancient Mediterranean world.

Kat (she/her)

Library Assistant

My responsibilities include helping manage the day-to-day operations of the library and being as a point of contact for anyone needing assistance. I can often be found shelving items around the Library or working at the enquiry desk, where I assist with queries and the issuing and returning of books.

I spend most of my free time in various coffee shops with a book!
